  • We have a range of padlocks available for purchase, or you can bring your own.

  • This is a common misconception about self-storage. You have your own padlock for the unit, and we never hold keys for you. We never have access to your belongings.

    • 24-Hour Digital Recorded Video Surveillance

    • Well-Lighted Property & Buildings

    • Individual Door Alarms

    • Building locked (physical lock and magnetic lock) outside of opening hours

  • Payment will be taken every 4 weeks.

  • The minimal rental period is one week, whilst there is no maximum rental period.

  • Card payments can be made either over the online by card or bank transfer or onsite by card or cash..

  • • Choose the size of the unit you would like to rent
    • The date you want to move in the unit
    • Contact details, address, telephone and email
    • Copy of drivers licence or passport or picture I.D
    • A copy of your insurance, household or business or we can provide information on how to obtain.

  • If you loose the keys to your unit/forget the code to your padlock, we can assist with removing and replacing this. You will need to come see us in person with photographic ID to prove you are the named person renting the unit.

  • We do not permit the storage of:
    • Hazardous goods or toxic materials
    • Pollutants or contaminated waste
    • Perishable goods, live animals or live plants
    • Cash and securities
    • Illegal goods
    • Explosives, fire arms and ammunitions

  • Yes, we have online booking portal.

  • No worries! Ring us on 01603 711955 and we will sort out a new time for you.

  • There is a lift, trolleys, a pallet truck and a sack barrow easily accessible.

  • We currently do not offer any pick-up/delivery service. We can however make local recommendations!

  • Upsizing or downsizing your unit size is no problem, as long as there is availability, we will accommodate your needs.

  • We are insured for the building but we are not insured for individual customer’s contents in each of the units since we do not know what customers store although we have a prohibited list of goods that we provide customers. We are members of the SSA (Self Storage Association) and insurance is a requirement.

  • Yes and it’s important to get competitive prices.

  • Yes, but you would be responsible since we do not have access into your unit.
